Bernard Fineman’s academic journey began at West Virginia State University, where he pursued his undergraduate education. He furthered his studies and graduated from the Ohio State University College of Law in 1958. Following his service in the U.S. Army, he returned to East Liverpool, Ohio, to embark on his legal career.
Throughout his distinguished career, attorney Fineman has been actively involved in various legal associations, including serving as a former Trustee of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers and being a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, and the Ohio State Bar Association. Additionally, he has held the position of past President of the Columbiana County Bar Association.
